Recently, some unpleasant things have happened in Hexch community. Due to some work errors of the official Hexch team, the governance tokens were not issued within the originally scheduled time announced, which caused the community supporters to have doubts about the project progress and team execution, and even caused small trust crisis.We are deeply sorry for the small range trust crisis in the community. Here we believe that it is necessary to explain a series of things that have happened to Hexch team since May, and hope to gain the understanding and support of the community.
For the reason that Hexch project is a distributed office for international teams, there is a situation where information is not synchronized in the communication and information. Especially when Hexch project has entered a period of rapid development, multiple channels and resources need to be quickly connected and expanded. The headquarter team has spent a lot of energy in expanding the team size and institutional negotiations, which has generated the project process of Chinese domestic community is out of sync in a certain degree.
The domestic team in China and Hexch headquarter team have a particularly intense debate over whether the governance token can be issued on time. In the end, the headquarter believes that it is more reasonable to expand the existing Hexch ecosystem before issuing governance tokens and opening DeFi liquidity. There were less major objections to the plan in international teams, which forced the Chinese domestic team to make concessions. At the same time, because Hexch international teams are not fully prepared for this plan, there was some misunderstanding with the domestic community in China.
The follow-up days Hexch domestic team will be more closely connected with the headquarter team, and after comprehensive consideration by the headquarter team, the team’s progress will be reported to the global community.
